The 9th World Championship of Chinese Cuisine, hosted by the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry and organized by the Canadian Catering Association, will be held at the PNE Forum in Vancouver, Canada, from May 21 to 23, 2024. This competition aims to inspire the spirit of teamwork by allowing chefs from all over the world to compete on the same stage, lead the trend of Chinese food cooking techniques, cultivate international Chinese food talents, achieve the purpose of enhancing the exchange of global Chinese food cooking techniques, and encourage more chefs to highlight their strength in the competition, demonstrating self-worth.
